To login to our FTP site using Windows Internet Explorer 7.0, please follow
these instructions:

1. To login using Microsoft Windows Explorer, right-click your Start button
   and select Explore.
2. Type or cut/paste the link below into the Address bar.
   ftp://downloads@rhf.net/
3. Complete the username and password field with those provided to you.
4. Upload or download files with the drag and drop function within Windows.
5. File transfer time will depend on the file size and connection speed.
